Pricing is subject to change without notice. New Accounts can be established with a $100 minimum on opening order.


  • All in-stock items will ship within 1 to 3 business days of processing (this policy is applicable to all shipping methods).
  • Any orders that are placed after 2:00pm EST will be processed the following business day.

All orders are shipped FOB (freight on board) Wahoo Fitness warehouse, Atlanta, GA. Once orders leave our shipping point, title of goods and risk of loss transfers to the customer. All shipping discrepancies must be reported to Wahoo Fitness within 5 working days of delivery. No order adjustments will be made if reported after that time.

Partial Orders & Backorders

We do not ship partial orders. If an item(s) is back-ordered and you wish to get the rest of the order please contact Wahoo Fitness at time of order. Backorders will be held for a maximum of 60 Days.

Freight Policy

All orders of $750.00 or more will receive free UPS ground freight. Dealer program plan orders and periodic dealer specials may offer freight discounts. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded, and should contact Wahoo Fitness for information regarding applicable freight incentives.

Product Exchanges for Credit

Any returned product for exchange or credit must be in new, re-sellable condition at time of receipt by Wahoo Fitness. Wahoo Fitness expects its dealers to test returned product and, based on condition, re-sell if in working order and in undamaged packaging. Wahoo Fitness reserves the right to deny product exchanges or credit on returned items if the returned product is not in sellable condition. If non-sellable, returned product has been paid for and is owned by customer, customer must pay freight for return to its place of business from Wahoo Fitness.

Minimum Suggested Retail Pricing, Sales, and Marketing Policies

  • Retail Pricing: Wahoo Fitness has a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) strategy. Wahoo publishes a schedule of minimum suggested retail prices for all Wahoo Fitness products. All authorized dealers must abide by our MAP strategy, where all public display of Wahoo product prices meet MAP. All published pricing schedules are in effect unless superseded by new published pricing schedules. All new pricing will be distributed through a Wahoo Fitness sales representative.
  • Internet Sales: As Wahoo Fitness sells its products direct to consumers through its website (, no Internet sales may be made of new or used Wahoo Fitness products without the express written consent of Wahoo Fitness prior to sale. Wahoo Fitness reserves the right to suspend sales to any customer found to be selling Wahoo Fitness products on the Internet without prior approval by Wahoo Fitness.
  • Amazon/Ebay: No sales may be made of new or used Wahoo Fitness products on Amazon or Ebay. Wahoo Fitness reserves the right to suspend sales to any customer found to be selling Wahoo Fitness products in these channels.
  • Advertising: No customer may offer new or used Wahoo Fitness products for sale via direct marketing catalogs, national/regional advertising, or online advertising without the express consent of Wahoo Fitness prior to sale.
  • Use of Trademarked Assets: The use of Wahoo Fitness product names, logos, or likenesses via the Internet must be pre-approved by Wahoo Fitness prior to placement on a customer’s website. Please contact Wahoo Fitness for official electronic logos and product likenesses prior to placement.

Wahoo Fitness hereby notifies it dealer customers that failure to abide by Wahoo Fitness Pricing, Sales, and Marketing Policies may result in closing of the dealer customer’s account.

Wahoo Fitness prides itself on the level of product, technical, and marketing support it provides to its dealer customers. In addition to its outside sales representatives, Wahoo fitness staff is available through email during standard business hours to help and will generally respond within 1 hour of receipt of request. Our customer support staff is available 9AM-7PM, EST, Monday-Friday.
