Wahoo RPM Cadence Sensor is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 125.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty good. This sensor eats through my batteries. I've replaced 3 batteries so far, a new battery doesn't last more than 2 rides. Since I live outside the EU it'll be really hard to send it back. Will have to find a workaround to this issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little piece of kit I bought this use for spinning (primarily). I use it all the time. It paired right away and I have stuck on my shoe strap or even have put it in my shoe during spinning classes or on outdoor rides and its perfect. Its really accurate and until my Edge 520 it never seems to just drop out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just works I bought it, installed it, paired with my iPhone in Strava and it just works

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well with quick installation Using it with Zwift and it works well. I got a little confused on the installation but decided it had to be mounted on the crank arm that is on the opposite side from the gears (so it won't hit anything). I now have cadence on Zwift; I am happy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Feature, Bad battery I bought this item mounted it to my bike, used it once FANTASTIC. The following week, it didn't pair up. The week after that, just stopped working. I contacted the company and asked me to replace the battery...um really? After one use?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't ride without them I love my Wahoo cadence sensors and my ticket heart rate sensor. I have two handcycles and use my sensors on each of them. Unless you like pain, handcycling demands that you stay in your most effective rpm and cardio range and the rpm and tickr sensors keep me there. Easy to install and they Bluetooth to the Strava app I use on my iPhone6. Long battery life and you can't beat the value for the price!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor reliability Out of the box, the unit came with a depleted battery. I changed the battery for a fresh one. That battery lasted two days. Tech support said that when you replace a battery, you need to be careful that the rubber o-ring isn't protruding from any part of the lower half of the unit (the two halves come apart). I didn't see any rubber protruding, and if the unit is so sensitive to mis-assembly, the instructions need to state that clearly, and provide photos of what a protruding o-ring looks like. They didn't. I was also told that the battery drain was possibly caused by a faulty connection (I think), and resetting the unit can help reset that connection. I didn't try this. I'm not willing to burn another coin cell battery. I was using this with a Wahoo Elemnt Mini, but that device burns far too much cellphone power for my liking (albeit on an older cellphone, with a Bluetooth standard that is probably less power efficient than others). If the Mini isn't usable for me, then the cadence unit is also unusable. Side note: Wahoo asked me, via email, to review the Elemnt Mini. I searched on the site, and I couldn't find any page to review the Mini. So, here I am, taking out my irritation on the cadence sensor. I'll post my negative review of the Mini when it's possible to do so.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very simple to install As stated by other reviewers, it is very simple to install and to use. The pairing process was pretty straightforward. Drawback: sometimes the signal is lost and reports zero as cadence...
