Shipping Information
NORTH AMERICA
All in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days (excludes KICKR BIKE/SHIFT/RUN), regardless of shipping method chosen. If an item(s) is back-ordered and you wish to get information on the rest of the order please contact support. To protect our customers from credit card fraud, all orders are subject to manual review that may delay shipment.
PLEASE NOTE
- Signature is required for delivery on all Wahoo Smart Trainer, KICKR BIKE, and KICKR BIKE SHIFT shipments.
- We do not ship on weekends and the following major U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
- All orders placed to PO Boxes or APO/FPO's will be delivered using USPS.
- Wahoo Smart Trainers and Smart Trainer Accessories cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Canadian customers pay duties and taxes at time of purchase.
KICKR BIKE and KICKR BIKE SHIFT Shipments
- KICKR BIKE and KICKR BIKE SHIFT only ship to the contiguous United States.
- The KICKR BIKE and KICKR BIKE SHIFT shipping charges includes 'threshold delivery' of the KICKR BIKE to the delivery address, such as the front door or garage. It does not include moving the BIKE beyond the threshold of the delivery address or any setup assistance.
- KICKR BIKE and KICKR BIKE SHIFT shipments will ship within 7 business days of purchase.
KICKR RUN Shipments
- KICKR RUN only ships to the contiguous United States.
- The KICKR RUN shipping charges includes delivery, assembly, and setup in the room of your choice.
- We may not be able to deliver to certain remote locations. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Additional delivery charges may be incurred for multiple failed delivery attempts.
- KICKR RUN will ship within 7 business days of purchase.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been processed for shipment and picked up by the carrier, Wahoo Fitness is not responsible for courier, weather, or any other unforeseen shipping delays. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by shipping delays beyond our control.
Address Updates
Once an order has been placed, there is a very short period of time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, we can’t change the order or the address.
If your order is shipping FedEx and you need to change the address you can log into FedEx Delivery Manager and follow instructions to change the delivery. Wahoo is not responsible for an applicable charges.
Split Shipments
Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations based on delivery address and/or product availability. Please refer to the shipping confirmation email specifying the courier used along with the corresponding tracking numbers and fulfilled items.
INTERNATIONAL
All products purchased from WahooFitness.com will be shipped from one of our global warehouses - United Kingdom orders will ship from the UK, European Union website orders ship from Netherlands, Australian and New Zealand website orders ship from Australia, and Japanese website orders ship from Taiwan. All in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days from one of our global warehouses (excludes KICKR BIKE/SHIFT/RUN), regardless of shipping method chosen. If an item(s) is back-ordered and you wish to get information on the rest of the order please contact our support team.
Products and apps are tailored for the local market of shipment. Product quick start guides and all Wahoo apps are localized into 7 languages - Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian and German. Wahoo Smart Trainers and Smart Trainer Accessories ship with a electrical supply cord for the local market of shipment.
PLEASE NOTE
- We do not ship on weekends.
- For orders returned due to incorrect, missing address information, or any issues related to customs or importing, shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Shipments to countries outside of the United States and not in the European Union, Great Britain, Australia, or Japan may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
- We can not ship orders to Australia or New Zealand P.O. Boxes or PostalPods.
- Due to GPS product import restrictions, we are unable to ship GPS products to the UAE.
KICKR BIKE and KICKR BIKE SHIFT Shipments
- United Kingdom, Germany, and Austria orders containing a KICKR BIKE or KICKR BIKE SHIFT will ship out on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Australia orders containing a KICKR BIKE will ship out on Fridays only.
- The KICKR BIKE and KICKR BIKE SHIFT shipping charges includes 'threshold delivery' of the KICKR BIKE or KICKR BIKE SHIFT to the delivery address, such as the front door or garage. It does not include moving the BIKE beyond the threshold of the delivery address or any setup assistance.

INDUSTRY PURCHASES AND PRO DEALS
Discounted purchases made through our PROGRM industry purchase program, Rapha Cycling Club program, and TRAINR retail employee purchase program are not eligible for free shipping.

PAYMENT
We accept a variety of payment methods that are safe and secure. For pre-orders and backorders on our websites, payment is taken at the time the order is placed.
FINANCING
In the United States, we offer a financing solution through Affirm. In Austria, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, and Spain we offer financing through Klarna.
ORDER TRACKING
To track your order, please visit your account and login or look up your order by using the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email you received. If you do not have an account, please contact customer support for tracking information.
TAXES & DUTIES
United States
In accordance with state and local law, orders within Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming are charged sales tax based on the county of shipment.
United Kingdom, European Union, Australia
All taxes and duties are paid at the time of purchase. Taxes are included in the price of the product, but are broken out and displayed separately under the VAT line item during the checkout and payment process. Shipping fees displayed at checkout include VAT.
New Zealand
Taxes and duties are not included at the time of purchase. Please note that you may receive a separate bill for taxes, duties, and any other import fees prior to delivery.
Japan
Orders shipping to Japan do not include the consumption tax of the destination country. Please note that separate import fees and taxes may apply.
Rest of World
Taxes and duties are not included at the time of purchase. Please note that separate duties, taxes and other import fees may apply.
